Assessment Process

Care for Seniors offers an initial free in-home assessment to develop a customized care plan.  A thorough consultation is conducted with the family allowing Care for Seniors to identity the ideal caregiver for each client.   By matching caregivers on a case by case basis, Care for Seniors offers the kind of aid needed to specifically cater to the client’s personal preferences and medical requirements. 

    
Selection Process

In the selection process, Care for Seniors staff presents their professional recommendation of two to three potential caregivers to the client and/or family.  Through this procedure, Care for Seniors guarantees to provide their guidance every step of the way, ensuring the family’s peace of mind and confidence on our services.      

Caregivers at Care for Seniors are carefully selected after a comprehensive interview and background check, and a close evaluation of their experience in home service.  Our caregivers’ quality of work reflects the company’s passion and commitment to the highest degree of efficiency and attentiveness.
