10 . Why should I go through an agency as opposed to independently hiring a caregiver?

By privately hiring an individual you become the employer. With that come liability risks, staffing responsibilities, and quality management. Care for Seniors provides worker’s compensation insurance, meets payroll requirements, insures and bonds all of its employees, assigns staffing managers to coordinate consistent staffing measures and conducts monthly care assessments to monitor quality of care. It is Care for Senior’s responsibility in making sure the quality and level of care meets the expectations of each client.
